House Rules & Logistics

Arrival & Parking

  • Earliest check in time is 5:30 PM to allow cleaning staff adequate time.
  • Please park only in the carport and paved driveway.
  • Avoid parking on the grass lawn entirely.
  • No recreational vehicles are permitted on site.

Cooling & Utilities

  • The thermostat is kept at 72 degrees during the summer months.
  • The local electric cooperative may automatically increase the temperature by two to three degrees during peak afternoon use.
  • Do not leave refrigerator doors open for long periods while loading groceries to prevent overheating. Use the second fridge if needed.

Property Boundaries

  • Please do not attempt to enter the locked storage, utility rooms, or the pool house.
  • Respect neighbor property lines and do not cross into adjacent yards.
  • Turn all exterior lights off at night to prevent attracting water bugs before rainfall.
  • Bring or order original Nespresso pods to utilize the house coffee machine.
